Late Wednesday, news broke of Republicans filing a notice of intent to recall State Senator Joyce Woodhouse (D-Henderson). Within 48 hours, Republicans would announce intention to recall two other female Senators. Why? Health Care Activists Denounce Dean Heller and Trumpcare at Las Vegas Town Hall

Though the U.S. Senate narrowly rejected Trumpcare last week, the national health care debate continues to play out in Nevada. Last night, nationally renowned social justice activist Sister Simone Campbell and the Save My Care bus stopped in Las Vegas. Broken Promises: Nevadans Condemn Ryan Zinke Shutting Them Out of Monuments Review

Hours after Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke abruptly left Nevada, Southern Nevada elected officials and local public lands advocates gathered in Las Vegas to express their outrage. Zinke had promised two days worth of meetings with environmentalists, Native Americans, and elected leaders to discuss Gold Butte and Basin and Range National Monuments.
